Accomodation Details

• All room prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the season and room occupancy.
• They are per person and night plus the local visitor’s tax (3.30 € per person / night), including VAT and including breakfast.
• Arrival and departure: Our arrival times are from 1 pm to 6 pm. Earlier or later arrival times are possible after prior consultation. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 am.
• Smoking is not permitted in the hotel interior or in the rooms.
• We ask for your understanding that we do not accept pets in our house.
• Parking: Due to the city centre location, parking is limited. In our inner courtyard there are seven parking spaces available for a fee. Parking fee 8 € per day. Parking reservation required.
• Alternative: You can park in front of the hotel in the public parking areas in the Frühling- and Traunfeldstraße or in the underground car park (150 metres away) in the Kurgastzentrum.
• Please note that due to the historically grown villa the building is not accessible barrier-free. There is no lift in the building.

Cancellation

It ist in our interest to avoid unnecessary cancellation charges. In case of cancellations we try our best to re-let the rooms immediately. However, this is not always possible.

Cancellations made up to 3 days before the day of arrival are free of charge.
From 2 days before arrival = 80% of the accommodation costs. No-show = 100% of the accommodation costs. A failure to cancel will result in being charged with the total amount.

The cancellation regulations laid down by the Bavarian Hotel and Restaurant Association apply.
We operate in accordance with the rights and obligations arising from the DEHOGA hotel accommodation contract.
